Thomas Marion Martin registered for the World War I draft on June 5, 1917. He a medium build, blue eyes, and black hair. However, he did not participate in the war.

Earl Ross Martin was the oldest among Fred’s siblings. He was born on March 27, 1917, and died on June 13, 2006. He married Faydelle Grist (July 26, 1921- August 26, 2010). They had 3 kids Terrel D. Martin, Dennis Martin, and Phillip Martin. Earl Ross Martin registered for the Draft for World War II on October 16, 1940. He was described as having light complexion, gray eyes, brown hair, and he was 6 feet and 4 inches. He enlisted on March 17, 1941 at Camp Shelby and was in the Branch Immaterial- Warrant Officers, USA.

Ruth Martin (February 25, 1938- April 20, 2017) graduated from Lambuth College in Tennessee in the year 1960. She stayed in Tennessee for a while as a school teacher, but in 1964 she moved to Brandon and became a school teacher there. She married Leonard Murphy Adkins January 1, 1960. 4 years after her marriage, she and her husband relocated to Brandon, Mississippi. She had a total of 4 kids, David, Andrea, Ben and Sally. Ruth's son Ben and husband Leonard both died before her. However, she was survived by 5 young and healthy grandchildren, the rest of her kids, and, Annie Nell Martin Farmer.
